1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options, including:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination, usually between 7-14 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Standard domestic shipping is free for orders over $500 within the U.S. For international orders, shipping charges will apply based on the weight and size of your package and the destination.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. Please check with our customer service team for shipping availability to your region.
