We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all purchases made through ChopardExquisite.com. You are eligible to return or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The watch is in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- The watch has not been resized, altered, or damaged in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: For returns within the United States, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- International Returns: If you are returning a product from outside the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. ChopardExquisite.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
